Please tell me your opinion or facts you have found to be true. Also any engine problems you may have had. I am kind of leaning towards the ethanol movement. And I am kinda of not leaning towards it I am trying to figure it all out. Any help would be great!!!!

I don't mean to start anything. But please understand that any gas with anything added to it will lower its BTU rating. This includes ethanol at any percentage and the more ethanol added to gas the lower the BTU and lower gas milage. Here is a site for reference. /gasoline_vs_ethanol.htm

Please understand I help build and maintain ethanol plants for a living so I want people to keep buying it.

I only use E85 if the price is right but the price gap has not been worth it. in the time I did use E85 in my truck the only difference I noticed is less MPG which was offset by the cost and an occasional hard start in winter.

Yes you are Cornhick....I'm glad that you are admitting it! First step to recovery! ;)

Ethanol burns cleaner and is higher octane! I meet a lot of die hard ethanol lovers at our stations. I talk to people that are actually using it and have experience using it! Many people love it! Don't listen to big oil anti ethanol hype!

"hit and miss"

That is what we call old gasoline engines.
