The EPA estimates and manufacturers' are a good barometer BUT, what MPG/MPL did you really get on your last tank of fuel?

Ford GT500. 15.6 MPG combined city/highway. The city destroys its fuel mileage, but if driven mostly highway, fuel economy will improve to 20 MPG. Not bad for a 662HP vehicle.

The EPA estimate for my '97 Dodge Van is 13 city/16 hwy. This past fill up, I got 16.5 mpg driving pretty much 250 miles of interstate and 30 miles of city driving. Used cruise control at 62.5 mph on the interstate, using vent rather than air when it got too hot to not have it on. My best mileage yet. My average is about 14.5 mpg, consistent with the EPA estimate.

Between my previous fill on May 20th and yesterday’s fill (May 30th), I averaged 53.39 mpg. During our holiday road trip, I drove 175 miles directly into a very strong wind (15-25mph).

18.265 for a Ford Ranger w/4.0L engine which is disappointing. Still a lot of winter gas in the tank a lot more than normal idling time in traffic. I usually get over 19.
